Medical Office Administration Duration: 46 Weeks Internship: 8 Weeks
Program Description: This 46-week Medical Office Administration program includes hands-on administrative and clinical training, EMR simulations, and an 8-week internship to prepare students for roles in clinics, medical offices, and hospital environments. Students learn medical terminology, anatomy, billing, and digital record management while developing professional skills valued in healthcare settings. Graduates are eligible to earn the Health Information–Certified Associate (HICA) credential through CHIMA, a nationally recognised certification that supports career advancement in health information management.
Massage Therapy Duration: 88 Weeks Internship: 440 Clinical Hours
Program Description: This 88-week Massage Therapy program is accredited by the Canadian Massage Therapy Council for Accreditation (CMTC-A) and prepares students for registration with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). Students develop hands-on skills in assessment, anatomy, and therapeutic techniques required to practise as Registered Massage Therapists in Canada.
Pharmacy Assistant Duration: 32 Weeks Internship: 6 Weeks
Program Description: The Pharmacy Assistant program is a 32-week program (plus 6-week internship) covering prescription processing, non-sterile compounding, pharmacy software, anatomy/physiology, pharmacy math and retail pharmacy practices to prepare for entry-level roles in the pharmacy industry.
Acupuncture Practitioner Duration: 83 Weeks Internship: 528 Clinical Hours
Program Description: The Acupuncture Practitioner program is an 83-week intensive program that develops skills in acupuncture point placement and related practices. By the end of the program, graduates may be eligible to write the pan-Canadian examinations of the Canadian Alliance of Regulatory Bodies of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists (CARB-TCMPA).

Accounting Technician Duration: 49 Weeks Internship: 8 Weeks
Program Description: The 49-week Accounting Technician program provides training in bookkeeping, financial accounting, business systems, and software used by Canadian employers, delivered through half-day classes for added flexibility. The program is recognised by CPB Canada, the national certifying body for bookkeeping professionals in Canada. Graduates are eligible to fast-track toward the Certified Professional Bookkeeper (CPB) designation, enhancing professional credibility and employability.
Accounting and Payroll Duration: 49 Weeks Internship: 8 Weeks
Program Description: This 49-week diploma with an 8-week internship covers payroll compliance, financial accounting, taxation, and accounting software to prepare students for administrative and payroll roles in business environments. The program is recognised by CPB Canada, allowing graduates to fast-track on the CPB Certification Pathway, including exemption from the standard two-year work experience requirement.
Office Administrative Assistant Duration: 25 Weeks Internship: NA
Program Description: The 25-week Office Administration Assistant diploma teaches digital literacy, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), QuickBooks/Sage 50 basics, and general office administration skills. Prepares graduates for administrative roles such as Office Coordinator or Administrative Assistant.
Supply Chain and Logistics Duration: 49 Weeks Internship: 16 Weeks
Program Description: The 49-week Supply Chain and Logistics Program, with a 16-week internship, provides training in logistics coordination, inventory management, transportation, purchasing, and global trade. Graduates who meet requirements earn a certificate from the Canadian International Freight Forwarders Association (CIFFA), a credential recognised across Canada’s logistics industry.
Supply Chain and Operations Management Duration: 65 Weeks Internship: 12 Weeks
Program Description: The 65-week Supply Chain and Logistics Program with a 12-week internship, provides training in logistics coordination, inventory management, transportation, purchasing, and global trade. Graduates who meet requirements earn a certificate from the Canadian International Freight Forwarders Association (CIFFA), a credential recognised across Canada’s logistics industry.
System Administrator Duration: 42 Weeks Internship: 8 Weeks
Program Description: This 42-week System Administrator program includes an 8-week internship and prepares students for roles in network and system administration, desktop support, and IT security through hands-on, instructor-led online training. Students receive exam vouchers to pursue recognised CompTIA and Microsoft certifications that support entry into technical support and system administration careers.

Legal Assistant Duration: 37 Weeks Internship: NA
Program Description: This 37-week Legal Assistant program prepares students for roles supporting lawyers and legal teams through training in legal procedures, document drafting, case research, and workplace communication skills. Students learn industry software such as PCLaw, Teraview, Conveyancer, Divorcemate, and ACL3, which supports employment in law firms, real estate offices, and corporate legal departments.
Paralegal Duration: 60 Weeks Internship: 8 Weeks
Program Description: The 60-week Paralegal program with an 8-week internship prepares students to support legal services in areas such as litigation, administrative law, and legal research. The program is accredited by the Law Society of Ontario and qualifies graduates to pursue the paralegal licensing process. Students gain hands-on experience with industry tools such as Clio and Automated Civil Litigation software, along with Microsoft Office. The program is offered at multiple triOS campuses for those seeking a practical pathway into the legal profession in Ontario.

Community Services Worker Duration: 46 Weeks Internship: 8 Weeks
Program Description: The 46-week Community Services Worker and Internship program prepares students to support individuals facing personal and social challenges through case management, advocacy, and community support services. The program includes an 8-week internship and provides recognised certifications such as Verbal Intervention, Trauma and Violence-Informed Care, and Standard First Aid and CPR, with further training included. triOS also offers a related 62-week Community Services and Mental Health Worker program for those seeking advanced mental health training and additional certifications in this field.
Early Childhood Education Duration: 60 Weeks Internship: 525 Clinical Hours
Program Description: This 60-week Early Childhood Education program includes 525 hours of supervised field practice, giving students meaningful hands-on experience in early learning and care environments. The program, offered at the Mississauga and Toronto campuses, has been approved by the College of Early Childhood Educators (CECE) for 2026–2028 for the purpose of meeting the education requirement for registration. Graduates build skills in child development, curriculum planning, and inclusive practices, preparing for roles in daycare centres, early learning programs, elementary schools, and other child development settings.
